Data Consistency Improvements

A focused update on data quality and consistency.

Fixes

• Funding rate propagation — Fixed a bug where funding_rate was not propagating correctly to all rows in the dataset
• Removed predicted_funding_rate — This column and related fields have been removed for now, as they are not consistently available across all supported exchanges. We'll reintroduce them once we can guarantee reliable coverage

Interval changes

We've made the decision to drop 15s and 30s bar resolution for the time being. Supporting fewer intervals lets us scale to more metrics and exchanges faster — which is our current priority. The 1s interval remains available for Prime subscribers.
