How to read it

The perps whose last hour looks least like their own last 24 hours, as they appear.

Each line compares a contract's last hour with its own last 24 hours: its volume against a usual hour, its spread against the day's median, its top-of-book depth and slippage against the day's average, and the hour's move against its usual hourly swing. An hour, not one 5-minute bar: what shows has lasted. Two are fixed bars instead: takers on one side 1.5:1 or more over the hour, and open interest moving 3% or more in an hour. There is no time-of-day profile, so the US open and funding times show up too. Contracts trading under $10M a day are left out. It describes what happened, not what comes next.
